• We accept payment via bank transfer. Proof of payment must be uploaded during checkout.
• Orders are only processed after payment has been verified by our team.
• No refunds are issued after payment has been made. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

• Deliveries are made daily, once per day.
• Orders placed before 12:00 noon qualify for same-day dispatch.
• Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be dispatched the following business day.
• No deliveries on Sundays.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on your location. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors (traffic, weather, courier issues).

Paid orders that are not collected or have no confirmed delivery address will be held for a maximum of one (1) week from the date of payment. After this period, Everything Suzy reserves the right to restock the items, and no refund will be issued.

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
